Jerry,

my quack dr took me off my anti-deps a mo ago and increased my clonazepam from 1mg to 2mgs. Now I am having to pop approx 8-14 mgs/day to sleep. I don't see him anymore, as he touched me inappropriately and was extremely unprofessional and unethical. How do I avoid the hospital while trying to get off the clonaz? I HATE the hospital, it always makes me significantly worse.

ps: I'm looking everywhere for a new dr.

Any suggestions, pls! Thanks.

this isn't jerry, but i find it very inappropriate for your dr to take off your meds without a gradual decline, if in fact thats what he did. finding a good m.d. can be stressful in and of itself. but hang in there' you'll find one. sometimes talking to a therapist can be a valuable resource for referrals to appropriate docs that can really help. good luck!!
