I hope everyone is having a great day. With the summer soon upon us I am worried about Lithium and hot weather. I ride with a local cycling club and have always been good about hydration and eating enough when I train. I have been on Lithium now 8 months. Do any of you have any experience with Lithium and hot weather??

I get very dizzy I need to keep hydrated even if I'm not thirsty I start sweating cold

Fluids and Loads of them, Drink Drink Drink... Drink even if you dont feel like it .
