Has anyone who, like myself, suffers from extreme weight gain from their medications. I take Celexa, Wellbutrin, Saphris, Valium, and Xanax for bi-polar Type 1, BPD, anxiety, etc.
I asked my pdoc yesterday about using OTC weight loss medications. While he said most are stimulants and should be avoided; he stated Sensa is a safe choice.
My question is this: Has anyone tried Sensa and had any good results?

I lost 30 pounds in a couple months on the Atkin's diet. Low carb was effective for me. I don't see how a supplement can help you out much, as much as the idea is so tantalizing.
