Ever have issues with feeling out of your body? Like you do something and ask yourself later how and when did I do that, or feeling not in control of yourself, actions and emotions. My meds make me feel tired all the time but I don't like feeling out of control of my body.

I always experience this feeling... I feel as if I'm looking down at myself from above, as if I'm just a character in a book or a movie. Sometimes I feel as if I have no control over my bodily movements (ie walking, lifting things, talking to people/using gestures). I feel as if there is a huge barrier between my physical self and my emotional self, as if I'm split in half, as if I'm not completely whole.
