|
i start a bipolarII study on Monday. it last almost a year and i am paid for it. i know my meds aren't working now and i've been wanting to try lithium. that is one of the drugs they will use in a blind study. my head isn't right and i know something is going on that i need to do something about. wish me luck.

 my father has been on lithium for over 20yrs now and still doing fine so hope it is as gd for you

not only do i get paid for every appt., but psych counseling is free and after the study, i get my pick of Pdocs at $30 an hour session!!!!!!!!!!!!! woooooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooooo. and of course all the meds are free.

I would have been interested in participating in a study in the past, when no drug seemed to work.
Is it a new drug? This is a great thing to participate in to improve the options out there with mental illness. Welldone. And good luck with the treatment. |

I have never participated in a clinical study, but I hope that this works out well for you! It sounds as though it has some good perks!!

the meds are all established meds. no new ones.....i'm more comfortable with that...
