Hi all. Due to treatment resistant OCD symptoms, I recently bumped Lexapro from 20mg to 30mg.

This was two weeks ago. Incidentally, while I've noticed great improvement, I've also noticed some pretty serious fatigue over the past couple weeks.

Could this be the dose increase? And if so, will it go away? What can I do about it? Exercise helps a tad bit, as did changing my eating habits.

It could be from the dose increase. I never had fatigue on Lexapro, but it worked well for my OCD. The best med for me for OCD though is Zoloft (sertraline), and by a landslide. It's like night and day! Even 25mg makes a difference for me, and 50mg (what I'm taking now) wipes it out at least 75%.

I agree that it could be from the dose increase too, I remember being on lexapro and being really tired all the time. Normally I'm an insomniac but on that I was sleeping all night and taking a nap during the day. Maybe it will just take some time for you to adjust to it

Perhaps I could take it at night. It's been about two weeks still feeling like I'm adjusting to it.
