Yes, you might want to check out the medication section for this. I'm currently tapering off because I might be better, but its a great drug for me, I'm taking it for psychosis, you know voices and the like.

Yes, to boost the Celexa. I really don't know if it's working or not. I think it's one of the experimental kind of med.

I heard about the antidepressant and Abilify combination from my psychiatrist. There is research being done on this at a local psychiatric hospital. Apparently this combination not only enhances the effects of the antidepressant, it improves motivation and concentration (executive functions).

It works. I know, because I take Abilify and Cipralex.

Did your prescriber give you additional information?

I am currently on Abilify for schizo-affective disorder and it helped me with some things but other things got worse. I am currently highly considering tapering down (yet again) to see if I can ween off this time. I have had much trouble in the past while trying to get off it. This time I will be replacing it with seroquel while weening off so I am hoping it will work without delusions/hallucinations.

I'd like to ask if anyone has any recommendations for my situation. I need to get off abilify very very slowly I think. What is the best method for this? I've got 10mg pills that I take nightly at the moment, and I see my pdoc in 3 weeks and can get new dosages.

I started Abilify recently, it seems to make me very restless. I feel like I have to keep getting up to walk around

I take Abilify on top of Remeron 30 mg and Cymbalta 120 mg. I am very stable and coping well on this mixture. No side effects of which I am aware.

I'm on 15mg daily and it seems to be doing wonders just by itself. So far I've not had any side effects at all.
