My psychiatrist told me to start 2 mg of abilify with my 25 mg Zoloft. I have major anxiety and phobia of being dizzy. What is it like to take both meds and what sort of side effects are there? And I'm worried I will be on meds my whole life? Please anyone help?

ocd, I've taken abilify in the past. It made me feel disconnected with my body and mind.
