OTC for Panic Attack and Dementia

Is there any cure or medicine for panic attack over the counter? sometimes, i get panick if accuse of stealing or any wrong doing and the result I get anxiety disorder and now recently dementia or forgetting words and usually lack of sleep. please advise.

No, there aren't any that I know of. You might check with a health products store.

Kava Kava works well. You can get it at a health food store or on the internet. I have used a tincture for panic attacks and it works fast. I have also used tea, and it doesn't work as fast, but is super nice for relaxing or falling asleep.

There is a warning that everyone mentions about cheap brands that have the wrong plant parts in them (the leaves and stems) causing liver toxicity. I don't really worry about it, though, I just use the same brands that I trust (gaia herbs, frontier, and a local company)
