I need a liquid or chewable anti-depressant. Does anyone know if any come in this form?

You might be able to get a compounding pharmacy to make some for you. Do you know where one is in your area?

have you tried putting the pills in applesauce or pudding? check with your pharmacist, you may be able to crush the meds as well and put them in the applesauce. I had to do this a lot working in group homes.

Most are delayed release capsules that can't be manipulated.

Do you know if brand prozac comes in liquid or only generic?

I was going to second the idea about a compounding pharmacy...I give my cat prozac and it gets compounded into a liquid form.

If you have difficulty taking pills, I want to share with you how I helped my son learn to do that because he had trouble with it for years. I had him put the pill in his mouth and then drink bottled water - you naturally put your chin up that way and the pill gets whooshed down.

I'm taking remeron.. and it's orodispersible. Which means it's in a pill form but when you put it on your tongue, after awhile it'll turn into powder.
