I could sleep for Europe ATM and its really getting me down.

It def started before I started on the lithium but I'm wondering if its likely being made worse by it ?

It's only been 2 weeks on 400mg and last night started on 650mg.

I usually go circuit training, weigh training or boxfit mon-fri mornings and that really helps get me in an up mood, but the last week I have been so so tired and really forcing myself to pull myself around the house and do house work.

Please tell me this is only the new meds and will pass

I'm being so hard on myself, telling myself I'm lazy and making excuses.

DH keeps saying I need to allow myself time to adjust to new meds but I just hate sitting round, at the same time I'm injuring myself from over training because im so tired.

I just can't win ATM

Lithium never made me tired. It gave me the feeling if being sick but never tiredness. Are you sure it's the lithium?

Zyprexa was used as a replacement for my friend when he said enough was enough of lithium. Also doesn't require regular blood tests.

chances are it's not available here we have such limited choices in Ireland. This is another reason why I'm so desperate to get my full psych eval. The pDoc I feel will be much more clued in as to what I should and shouldnt be on.
Meantime, my Trainer has suggested I add coffee to mypre workout protein shakes as it might give me a boost ( I gave up caffeine when I had my Psychotic break 6 years ago ). Also he's switching out my Diet Protein for normal as he thinks the sugars will help.
