Does anyone have any tips about Topamax? Or Celexa? Here is a bit of the story below.

Topamax:
25mg the first week
50mg the second week
75mg the third week
100mg the 4th week

I’m currently up to day 2 of the fourth week. I have Borderline Personality Disorder. I am much more stable. I am in a happier place. My migraines aren’t affecting me. My appetite decreased. (I used to binge all the time. I’m over weight.)

But, I have a lot of side effects… My hands and feet have this uncomfortable tingly feeling. I am rarely hungry. I mean it’s good that I’m not over eating. But, now I’m under eating! I’m having like one meal a day! I’ll eat my first meal at 3pm. And it will be about half a portion. Then I will get hungry again at like 11pm so I’ll snack on something small. So, far I still drink soda. I heard that will change. I feel nauseous a lot. I sleep REALLY late. Till 1pm. Though, that could be because of a different medication.
At night I feel really sick. And weak, and tired. And going to sleep feels like the worst. Life shouldn’t be like that…

Celexa 20mg
What time should I take this? I have a habit of taking my medication at night. But, then I can’t fall asleep. I had a few times I couldn’t fall asleep till 5am. Or 7am and it was horrible. I think it was because of the Celexa. (Or is it the Topamax???) Then, I don’t wake up till 1pm or later. It messed up my day.

Buspar 10mg twice a day. (once in the morning/once at night)
I don’t seem to have any complaints about this medicine. Unless one of my above complaints has to do with this.

Risperdal .5mg
I’m on this because I was afraid to go off it when I started going on the
Topamax. I was taking 1mg. When I tried going off I had horrible side
effects. For now I’m still taking it. I’ll stop taking it within the next month I hope.
