I think you referring to long QT syndrome, which is very rare, and only from overdosing on Celexa.

I only feel it when I start and stop prozac or drink an energy drink. So yes I'm not going to take any ssris because the more you start and stop them the more it lowers the threshold for sudden death. I was in the hospital while starting i was always going to the front desk and saying that i was going to have a heart attack and they checked blood pressure and stuff i should have asked for an ekg |

"In September 2011 (and updated in March 2012), the FDA issued a warning concerning increased incidence of QT elongation with doses of the antidepressant Celexa (citalopram) above 40 mg per day, which is considered the maximum allowable dosage, increasing the risk of Torsades"
So yeah.. dangerous stuff for some people |

I've read the same. It is rare, but does happen and stops when you stop Celexa. I have a left bundle branch block that developed around the same time I was taking a combo of Celexa and Wellbutrin. It's not the same but is an electrical conduction problem. I was taking 40 mg of Celexa. I took Paxil, Prozac and MAOIs before that, had EKGs and it never existed until the Celexa.
