What's pmdd? It's between 100 and 400 generally. If you're not taking certain meds at the same time Glaxo says there is no advantage above 200. There are people whose dr's don't follow that advice. Have no opinion on whether they are right or not.

Hmmm. I am not familiar with that diagnosis. But Lamictal is a mood stabilizer.

Ugh! I feel for you... That would be the worst. I understood antidepressant were approved for severe pms but maybe your doctor isn't a fan or something like that. 100-200 if you are taking it alone.

My pdoc prescribed me 40 mg prozac for PMDD (it is approved in the US for treatment of PMDD and it works). Are you sure its not the prozac you are taking for this and not Lamictal? Its a mood stablizer and I've never heard of it being given for PMDD. I was on it when he first gave me the prozac but have since stopped. Together they are quite effective during that time of the month. I took 200mg of Lamicatal.

200mg for Lamictal is a typical dosage for depression. Higher for bipolar but otherwise 200 is usually the max. It might work for you combined with Prozac for PMDD. To be honest, Clonazepam is the most helpful thing for me during that time, so maybe try .5 mg too, so long as its not too much.
