It's in my signature, but I don't think the Latuda is doing anything.

It's in my signature too. I think the increased Prozac may actually be helping some. Am considering asking my pdoc if he can switch me from saphris to latuda, since I hear that is supposed to be good for bipolar depression.

5mg celexa(because I was afraid to try another SSRI but finally agreed to half the starting dose)
2.5-5mg Valium once a day for anxiety
100-200mg Trazodone at night for sleep

So not a crap load, I do try to keep it to a minimum...not sure if that is really doing much to help though.

THE Valium is not enough for anxiety on a mouse, the celexa will struggle to cross the blood brain barrier at 5mg ,so really not much will happen truthfully ,may even make you feel worse. if you had a really bad headache would you take a only a third of `1 Paracetamol think about it

Starting at 5mg of celexa....but will likely move up to a more effective dosage. As for the valium, yeah I think I either needs something a little more powerful or at least a higher dosage of valium that will actually help and maybe the option to use it twice a day as needed...I wouldn't actually use it twice a day probably as I don't have overwhelming anxiety every day but some days it is really bad.

Also I am not familier with paracetamol but I imagine if i only needed a third that is what I'd go with....but then again something for a headache is quite a bit different from anti-depressants.

Morning:
Dexedrine XR 15mg
Zyprexa 5mg

Evening:
Zyprexa 5mg
Lexapro 10mg

Not a lot compared to most, but still more separate meds than I wanted to be on. Unfortunately the Zyprexa alone just wasn't enough against the bipolar.
