i've read that these medicines can cause nightmares, which of the ones im taking is more likely to be making my nightmares worse? i've told them that im having nightmares everynight, and that i used to have them frequently even before the medicine... but lately being sober and taking this medicine it is everynight and very intense, i just feel like not sleeping anymore because of them
i just want some relief

oh no ): im so sorry. it sounds like it could possibly be doing you more harm than good...do you think you can talk with whoever perscribed the medicine to you? maybe they can switch you to something different, something thatll keep the nightmares at bay.

Statistically speaking, buspar most likely and wellbutrin on second place.
In reality..? If you added the meds one by one maybe you can figure it out?

i was thinking that the buspar was increasing these dreams... i've tried telling the doctor that i dont think buspar is doing anything and the only thing i noticed from it in the begining was the headaches... so im hoping that maybe he will let me stop taking it at my next appointment
i haven't really noticed any positive changes since starting the bupropion too so im also wondering what my options could be with that as well.. i used to have nightmares but there would be some nights of relief atleast my thoughts are that if these 2 medicines haven't helped, why should i continue taking them? im' also becoming afraid that no medicine can help

IMO buspar helps maybe one in 100. It just gave me anxiety and most people don't have neither good nor bad effects from it.
