anyone taken topomax and had the pins and needles feeling in their feet???

Yes that's one of the side effects it will lessen with time I been on it for five months, lost 32 lbs I'm on 400 mg for bipolar 1 also soda taste flat.

YES! Coca-Cola tastes flat to me too! I drink to less now though and that is a good thing. the scale may be wrong but I think I have lost 6 lbs!
 I am trying to figure if I can push myself to fight through this pins and needles for the benefits of the drug. My mood has significantly gotten better.

Yes mood wise I haven't been manic in 8 months beer and soda will never taste the same. The tingling will die down I still have some , but way better, and you will lose weight if that's what you want.

OH the tingling! I don't miss that! Topamax did it to me really bad. It's a very common side effect.
