So I'm bipolar with ptsd and I'm taking latuda to help with the paranoia I experience. Well the latuda seems to make me nervous and anxious. I also have a hard time sleeping on it.
The last couple of days I've taken risperdal instead. It's a long story why but risperdal works so much better for me. I feel calmer, less paranoid and sleep well on it. The BIG problem with it is weight gain. I lost 20 lbs in the last 2 months and I've only been taking the risperdal for 2 days and I can tell I've gained some weight back. I've tried so many ap' s, I really hate to start a new one. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

How long have you been on the Latuda? Are you still adjusting to it? If so the anxiety may subside.

I've been on it a couple months although I do admit that bc of the insomnia I have went a couple days here and there not taking it. Idk it seems like the side effects have gotten worse. I'm frustrated...
