I take 40 mg of Latuda & 30 mg of Remeron every night. I've been doing so for a year. I usually fall asleep about an hour later and sleep till morning. The last several weeks, I have had trouble falling asleep after taking the meds. My pdoc called in a script for Ambien to help w the sleep. I sometimes even half to take .5 of a benzo to help. I guess my question, is my body getting used to the Latuda, and pdoc might have to up to 80 mg. I don't want to be reliant on ambien or benzos for sleep indefinitely. Or maybe I need a different AP like Abilify or Seroquel? Any thoughts?

Yes, my depression creeped up a little bout two weeks ago, so my pdoc switched AD's from 100 mg of Pristiq to 10 mg Brintellix. My sleep used to be dream filled and very refreshing. Now I wake up like I haven't really slept, in this exhaustive state and barely getting 5 hrs. I know sleep is very important to recovery, that's why I'm so worried. I don't know what to do...
