I'm currently taking 200 mg of sertraline and began 25 mcg of Liothyronine today. I have one dose of sertraline left because I missed my appointment. My primary diagnosis is combat PTSD. Will I be OK without the Zoloft or should call my doc? I know the "correct" answer is to call the doc but can't I try the Liothyronine aka cytomel by itself?

I forgot to mention the Liothyronine is an add on to the Zoloft but I am curious to see if it works alone.
