I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with tardive dyskinesia as a result of taking this med. If it does occur, does it go away or only get worse?

Please help. I have called my doctor about this but never heard back from her and I am leaving for a trip tomorrow and have no idea what I should do. On the fact sheet that comes with the medication it said to contact your doctor if this side effect occurred.

I have been taking Wellbutrin for about 2 weeks now and just recently noticed that I am having something like an uncontrollable spasm with my mouth. Sort of like it jerks to the side. Also, I can't seem to get words out at times, like my tongue is tripping over itself if that makes any sense.

I told my doctor that I absolutely did not want to take any medication that would cause TD, and she said this one would not, but it is!! Wellbutrin & facial tics

Thank you to anyone for taking the time to read this, and thank you for any help that can be given.
