Was just prescribed this by psychiatrist, anyone have experience with it at all?

Apparently doesn't have as many side effects as most for anxiety..

Well it depends on the person but I had tons of side effects on Viibryd! Worst antidepressant I've ever taken. It may be that the drug is much too strong for me with the additional receptors it hits. If your someone who has not had much relief from older antidepressants this may be a good drug but then again everybody is different.

I am very sensitive to medicine and all the antidepressants work for me as far as my mood but they all give me side effects too. However, as I said Viibryd was the worst. I had horrible back upper back/shoulder/neck pain, enough to where my doctor sent me to the ER in fear of serotonin syndrome. I had worse depression and SUI thoughts which I typically don't have. It was a nightmare for me BUT I have heard others do well in it especially if they don't respond well to other antidepressants.

How many mgs were you on?

I started at 5mg for 2 weeks which is half of what they typically start at then I went up to 10mg for 2 days before the doc told me to stop.
