I figure Adderall in the morning, benzo as needed (1 in morning, 1 afternoon, 1 night), and lexapro before bed?
What is your opinion on this? |

Adderall for sure in the morning. I don't think the Lexapro matters as long as it is the same time each day. Unless it makes you drowsy or something than take it at night. Sometimes SSRI's can cause sleep disturbances so I would say in general take it in the morning.
Take the benzo as little as possible. If you can take it once a day that is better. I can't really talk because I take .5mg klonopin once in the morning and once at night but I am going to cut out the night time dose.

I agree with the benzo. I don't want to get into that habit of taking more of them.

I take my antidepressant and mood stablizer at night because they my me sleepy. My Ritalin I taking in the morning. Klonopin, I take as needed, but don't use it much anymore.
