I've been on a wide variety of meds. Until recently, I had a misconception of what I was to expect from the meds I was taking. I suffer from bpd, severe depression and ADD.

Hello silentangel1969: Yes, I think most of us here have been on all sorts of med's over the years, either individually or in various combinations. And individuals' reactions to medications can vary so much that it's difficult to know what to expect until you get on a given med or combination of med's. What do you feel was your misconception?
Thanks for this!

I can't say that this ever happened with me. All any psych med's I've taken have done is to make me even more sleepy than I would have been anyway. If I were to be one of the seven dwarfs, I'd probably have to be Sleepy. Otherwise, I'm pretty-much just the same person I always am... not that this is anything to get all excited about!
Thanks for this!

The Dr I have now has given me a better understanding of my meds, what they do and what to expect. I'm looking at my meds, disorders, and myself in a different way now. I'm trying to learn and take appropriate actions to get on the way to recovery.
