Im on Wellbutrin XL 150mg and im thinking about upping my dose. The thing I would like to know is has anyone experienced new side effects while upping your Wellbutrin dose?

i went from 150 to 300 with no difference in side effects. i never had any side effects from the drug.

I take 300 xl in the morning without any problems. I try not to wait until the afternoon because it can aggravate my insomnia but I have had sleep issues before, anyway.

YES - When I went up, I got very clumsy and fell alot - I had to hold on tight to railings and was just very off balance. It was dangerous. I've had to stay on 150, BUT, I will say that I've been on Wellbutrin for probably 20 years, on and off, and I've gone up and down on it many times and the first 2 or three times I went up on it, I had no problems, so more than likely you'll be ok, but if you do have problems, clumsiness might be what to look out for.
