I'm not a napper by nature, but the last 4 days I've wanted a nap badly. Today I was helping my daughter get to sleep for a nap and I Feel asleep. Leaving my son watching tv in the living room. ugh, the sleep that was our time to hang out together.

I take a couple stimulants in the morning to prevent excessive daytime sleepiness (Provigil & Concerta) cuz I was actually falling asleep while driving. Are you sleeping well at night?--Suzy

It takes me longer to fall asleep at night than it had been. I used to have to read, or be in bed for at least 30 minutes before falling asleep. Then I was asleep with in 10 minutes of laying down. Now, I'm back to reading, and slowly falling asleep. But I'm still getting around 8 hours a night.
