I've been on 300mg of Wellbutrin for around a year or so. At first it was a godsend, almost completely getting rid of the depression. For the last month or so it seems like it hasn't been working at all. I am constantly tired/unmotivated and am back to having thoughts of worthlessness, guilt and sadness. It's a chore just trying to make it through the work day and by the time I go home I'm completely exhausted.

For what it's worth, I have been dealing with some pretty stressful things right now (best friend moved 1000 miles away, in-law problems), but thinking back, it seems like this started happening before these events.

Should I contact my pdoc even though I just saw her a few weeks ago? I feel like I'm about to lose my ***** right now.

hi dan
i think it would be a good idea to contact your pdoc and let her know what is going on. if you wait till your next appointment things just have the potential of getting worse for you. it is better to address the problem now before that happens. take care

My next appointment isn't for another 6 months. Probably shouldn't put it off too long.
