Chronic lifelong Insomniac here.. yes I have tried everything ever made and nothing helps.

Of course this has that nifty warning about suicidal thoughts and addiction issue, Big Pharma has to cover themselves

Thanks

I haven't tried it, though I have heard horrible things about it... Mostly bad dreams, and doesn't help...

I haven't tried it, but I was interested when I heard about it, because it's supposed to work on a brain chemical that promotes awakeness.

Mirtazapine is still working for my sleep right now, but it's starting to become a little less effective. If it stops working, I would definitely want to try Belsomra.

When I'm not on a med that works for my sleep, I tend to have delayed-onset insomnia and can be exhausted, but the "awake" switch in my brain won't go off until 3-4 am or even dawn.
Thanks for this!

I have not heard of Belsomra, but I know well the hell of insomnia. I hope the med helps you, Christina.
