I probably should have asked my therapist first but do you think theres any harm in using like depression patches? you know like the ones you use for addiction only depression. Has anyone ever used one?i bought one online for stress and anxiety but i didn't ask my therapist if it would interfere with my meds.it hasn't come in yet.and i plan to talk to my therapist but it seemed like a cool ideal and the site said it would not harm me in anyway

I used Emsam patch for awhile but did not see much improvement.

I would be very, very cautious about using any kind of med without a doctor involved. The reason I say that is because you could have a weird reaction to the patches and not be able to get medical assistance, except by going to an ER...which isn't so great for psych stuff.

The Emsam patch has to be prescribed by your doctor.

You mentioned that you bought a patch online. What's in the patch...what makes gives it antidepressant action?
