I didn't gain any weight on it. And I'm currently working with a dietitian to lose weight, and being successful - it's slow but it is possible.

I was on a much higher dose of Seroquel and gained a lot of weight. Seroquel at a low dose is helpful for sleep, though it is quite addictive. Even at the low dose it can cause me to feel very hungry, so I have to watch my food intake - especially later at night.

I've been in seroquel for years and never had weight gain. I'm currently on 150mgs for sleep. Some people get very hungry after taking it. Just watch your carbs and sugars and make sure you're going right to bed and not staying up eating. As far as being addictive, I find I'm dependent on it to sleep. I've tried other meds to sleep but I'll wake up a few hours later or not sleep at all.

Seroquel is known for causing weight gain. You need to be diligent with your diet in order to not gain in many cases.

No, it is not addictive. There are reports of it being abused by some addicts, but it in itself has not been proven to be addictive. It probably is a med that takes tapering, etc. to withdraw from over time.
