Has anyone had any experience with Brintelilx?

I've been on it for about two weeks. Was just wondering about others experiences.

Thanks.

I was on Brintellix for close to 7 months. It made me really nauseous at first but then it went away after about two weeks. It did help with my depression and anxiety but I soon plateaued and my doctor has switched my meds as we are starting to think that I am bipolar and an antideppressant alone isnt helping.

I have been taking Brintellix for over a year. It has worked well for me. I take it at night so I had no nausea.

Thank you for your responses.

I feel like it's helped my depression a little bit but I've only been on it for a couple of weeks so there's hope that it will improve some more.

I take mine at night too but still have morning nausea. I'm hoping it will get better with time.

I have been taking Brintellix for a month now. Initially it did nothing at 10 mg. I have now been on 20mg for about a week and a half and it is awesome in terms of both improving my anxiety and depression. It is amazing how I felt nothing from it until just recently.

I did experience severe itching and rashes for two days when I initially increased the dosage from 10mg to 20mg, but I took some benedryl, got through it - and it subsided.

I just started it today so I will come back to this thread and give an update in a few weeks.

I had tried it a month ago only for a few days. It made me quite nauseous and I was about to have 3hr long gum surgery, so I decided to stop it before the surgery. (I already have a huge vomiting/dentist phobia as it is.) I didn't notice anything other than nausea. I felt calmer right away.

I was given a prescription for it in PHP, but because of the price I decided against it. I kind of regret that now since I feel like I've plateaued with my current cocktail.
