I just started Invega about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I had to stop Geodon because of a rash. So far so good but my stressors are up and my dosage is being doubled to 6mg. per day. Anybody have any experience with this fairly new drug? I am dissociative, ptsd, bi-polar and depressed, this is covering all and seems to handle all ok...tho depression is rising, so increasing per pyche dr to 6mg. I take at bedtime.

I took it for about 6 weeks and it didn't do a thing for me. I was on it cuz the Risperdal I was taking was making me too sedated and the invega is like risperdal so I'd take the invega in the morning and the lower dose of risperdal at night and it didn't do a thing for me. I hope it works for you.

I am on it but pdoc is taking me off next week i think. It was just a temporary thing cause i couldn't take anything else during the 2 weeks it takes to come off my other med. I hope by now you have recieved some relief.
