My pdoc prescribed 60mg. Latuda to be taken 3 times/day (so, 20mg 3 times). When I read the prescription on the bottle I was confused. My pdoc is kind of weird (I have lousy insurance and this guy was my only option). I don't feel like asking him about the prescription will be helpful. I'd rather know what other patients do. For those of you who take Latuda, when do you take it - all at once, or does anybody here spread it out throughout the day (also, I know about the 350 calorie minimum when taking the med)?

Thanks

I take 80mg at night usually with a slice of thin cheese. The instructions from the manufacturing company said its a once daily med. never heard of it being three times a day.

I take it with dinner. And yes you need to take it with at least 350 calories to get the full effect, which is really annoying. I went through a period of not eating much while taking my Latuda and I ended up quite crazy- it pretty much wasn't even working.
