Hi. I'm on a mix of meds; the psych ones are lithium, effexor, seroquel, trilafon, artane... and others for heart and side effects. I was wondering; I have OCD, BPD, schizoaffective disorder BP type, panic and ptsd and was wondering that I messed up and didn't take my night time meds when I should have and was wondering if that could cause somewhat of a manic response? Like I just really noticed that I'm in a very strange mood like I was laughing and joking and then all of a sudden my mood went to being very sad and depressed for like 10 minutes or so and then I am feeling very tired but alert and could probly keep going for quite a few more hours and very much like not my usual conservative self... if you get my drift. Anyway if anyone has any feedback; thanks, Danielle

I'm no dr. but I doubt if missing one dose would throw you into an episode? How many have you missed? What do you mean by adjusting medtime? Are you attempting to do that yourself? No. That's not a good idea. Call your dr. asap and tell him/her what you've done. Or call the pharmacist and ask them. They can help you if you can't get a hold of a dr.
