I've been having a lot of trouble with depression lately, so my pdoc decided to up my wellbutrin from 300 mg to 450 mg. I started this a week ago and was wondering how long it will take to notice any effects? Is it like when you first start taking meds and it takes several weeks to begin working, or since it's already in my system will it happen sooner? I'm just trying to get an idea because I'm so tired of feeling this way.

I would think that it would have already kicked in. I know when I went up on my wellbutrin it kicked in almost immediately...and then my pdoc lowered it for no reason
