I've been on 20 mg of Lexapro for several years. Recently I started to half my dosage to see if it would help with some sexual side effects.
Something that I've noticed is when I take the 20 mg dosage, my heart rate is lower but I seem more nervous. On the lower dosage hy heart feels like it's going to jump out of my chest, but at the same time I feel calmer. That's the best way I can describe it. Does this make any sense to anyone? Hello Dan208: This is really something you need to discuss with your prescribing physician...
