Currently taking:

Geodon
Prozac
Lamictal ER
Xanax
Propanalol

Can't seem to get aroused without inflicting pain on myself. Could it be from these drugs? I'm honestly not concerned but my t is. I don't see myself doing anything sexual with a partner anytime soon so I don't see the big deal but t wants me to develop a healthy sexuality. But I really don't want a med change, I don't feel it's worth it. But still wondering anyway.

Most probably culprit is Prozac. It's an SSRI and SSRIs are known for causing sexual dysfunction.
Thanks for this!

Yeah I haven't tried Geodon but out of the others, Prozac was the only one that possibly gave me issues, and the one that seems to most commonly cause issues.
Thanks for this!

I agree, Prozac. Adding Wellbutrin offsets it for some people...the sexual side effects of SSRI's.
Thanks for this!

I also believe it must be Prozac, it being an SSRI, and sexual dysfunction is kind of common on those drugs. I experienced that back when I was taking Zoloft (also an SSRI) where arousal took a while and it was much more difficult to climax (sorry for the TMI).

Oh, and yes, once I was on Wellbutrin with the Zoloft to wipe out the sexual dysfunction side effects from Zoloft, and luckily, it did work. But then I had to discontinue Zoloft/Wellbutrin for it inducing mania- even with my mood stabilizers in place. This often isn't an issue with people though, but if you are Bipolar Type 1 or have a history of full-blown mania, just be aware if you notice any warning signs.
