I have Health Anxiety and my symptoms are coming back. I have been on Lexapro for 2 years and I seem to have become immune to them. I went up to a higher dose but it made no difference. Would changing to a new anti depressant help? I've been under some stress lately so I'm wondering if that's it? If that's the case will it make another anti depressant less effective also? My HA isn't as bad as it was in the past but I am spending a good portion of my day worrying about my health and I feel it getting worse. I feel scared

I'm so sorry you're having anxiety. I don't know what HA is, but in my experience switching to a new antidepressant can be helpful.
