Hi all,

New member here. I was a regular member at ********. However, it has been unmoderated for some time now (getting completely out of control).

Does anybody use lithium for depression and notice that it increases nighttime anxiety?

Specifically, I have been dealing with anxiety regarding sleep, and difficulty with sleep onset.

Thx!

I never took it, but I know someone who does. She said she has to be careful with maintaining a consistent daily water intake. And if you exercise heavy, the water intake has to be adjusted accordingly Do you think it could be messing with your electrolytes?

It can really be hard to get the dosage right, so if you are just starting it, it takes time. And eating a consistent food and time when taking it could help, or so I'm told.
