I had a med change on Thursday where I was supposed to wean off Lexapro then start Latuda. I made the mistake of stopping the Lexapro altogether and not going on laudable because of previous reaction I had that I don't want to experience again. I just realized today that all the severe symptoms I've been having this weekend are likely from stopping the Lexapro but I don't know what.to do now. I'm severely irritated, and wanting to cry at the drop of a hat. I'm nausea and my head is just pounding. I keep having anxiety attacks out of the blue. All these things have been present while on the Lexapro but seems 100 times worse since stopping. I left a message with my pdoc nurse today and hopefully will get a call back tomorrow. Until then, what do I do?

I'd go back to your original dose of Lexapro and then begin the weaning process.
