Seroquel acts differently at different doses. I seem to recall reading that 300mgs/day is the depression dose or something. I dunno. Some people take 800mgs, so its not as if you're doped to the gills or anything.

I just went from 300 to 400 mg a couple of weeks ago, and noticed an increased craving for sweets, so I'm going to have to be really conscious of my diet.

My Dr. just raised my Seroquel to 300 mg
