Hi friends,
I've been on Latuda for 5 months now. Unfortunately I've been dealing with intense suicidal ideation for years, but just recently it has been worse than it has been in a very long time. I know that basically all psych meds have the black box warning of possible suicidal ideation, but I'm beginning to suspect that Latuda is not very good for me. I'm also on zoloft, which I've been on in the past and it worked great, but my body got used to it after a few years on a high dose. But that was a few years ago, so we're trying it again. And honestly, I'm at 200mg with the zoloft and I still feel like crap. Which is why I'm beginning to become suspicious of the Latuda. I'm even seriously considering going back on Lithium, because the suicidal ideation has gotten so intense. What are other people's experiences with Latuda? Good, bad and ugly?

I like Latuda. It was hard at the start, but after the first month it has been good. Sorry you are struggling.

Hi, Latuda is helpful for me. I'm also on Zoloft, but it's pretty weak, while the Latuda seems to be more effective at lessening my depression.

I'm on Latuda, it seems to help. Could you just need a bump? I also take Zoloft and find it to be somewhat helpful.
