First - antipsychotics aren't just mood stabilizers.
Second - I know antipsychotics are not benzos. My argument remains.

sure valium will last a lot longer, in your system . but it's not fast acting, so you could go crazy waiting for a reaction, you need in 15 minutes ENTER XANAX

I TAKE ANTIPSYCHOTIC OLANZAPINE. has a mood stabilizer also lorazepam BENZO has an anxiety buster, and OLANZAPINE for a mood stabilizer and an anxiety helper .

Not all anti psychotics are mood stabilizers actually risperdone is an neuropletic that helps with "agitation" but does not help with mood.

I am asking to coordinat Depakote with my Risperdone on my next psyche visit.

Yes, the good thing about antipsychotics are they are not benzos (easily prescribed) and they are "major" tranquilizers.

isnt AGITATION a mood , i would say so but i won't argue , ANTIPSYCHOTICS are great but the carry the most side effects the worst being making you the size of a whale. sickness feel. aching joints ect ect how do i no ?????? i take one , but not for much longer . You no when you go to old peoples home and they all sit like zombies, you got it mood stablizers
