Who forgets their medications?

Yeah, sure, there has been the ocassional dose here and there.

I have my medications blister packed for ease - and this is why I am realizing that I am forgetting to take my medications.

This is happening frequently of late. I go to take my 5pm pills and I realize to my horror that I haven't taken my medications yet all day. When I say frequently, the last three days in a row; and, several days last week. I even have an alarm that goes off but I have apparently been ignoring it.

I am appauled by this. I'm embarrassed and pretty steamed at myself. I am really upset I have allowed this to happen.

All the time.

This happens with me so often because I'm so prone to being forgetful with general things.
(Okay, note that I do have an attention problem so that does play a part.)

ALSO, I may take/not take my medication and be unsure as to whether I took it. Obviously, one cannot take it, possibly for the first time and risk taking double the dosage.
I find that those pill organizers for the week really do help. There is an array of types with AM/PM or AM/lunch/PM and so on.
