I've been feeling really reclusive and like staying away from my coworkers since returning to teaching. Feel that they view me as flawed and inferior, and taking offense at little slights. Since May of last, just at the ending of my school year, I've been breaking my 40 mg. tabs in half, with no ill consequences. I was fearful of returning to work and sensing these feelings of paranoia and resentment, since I dealt with them before taking an antidepressant, of which I've been on one form or another for 15 years.
I would really like to get off the Paxil completely, and maybe the self-monitoring is a good thing, in some ways, but I don't like that I'm obsessing about interactions with people, feeling paranoid and wanting to seclude myself to avoid such feelings. Patty |
