I am functioning at a higher level than I was, but I have no spark or real enthusiasm.

I am taking Rexulti (which I think helps...) as well as Lamictal, and Wellbutrin. I've been on all of this a while.

My pdoc says Wellbutrin is "activating", which is what I need. But I am on 300 of it and don't want to go up. I wonder if it has worn off and isn't working anymore?

Any substitutions for the Wellbutrin?

Any other suggestions? thanks

Some gal in my support group said she had seizures on 450. I know everyone is different, but thought something new might help. I'm glad the Wellbutrin is working for you.

If it has worked in the past I would look to increase, with your Dr's approval. I would think anything would be better than trying a whole new med..Gook luck to you!!!!!!!!!!!

450 mg has worked fine for me, too. It's key to not drink.

I hope you can find a good replacement, OP.

I honestly understand your hesitation to go up. Seizures can happen at 450mg but I got seizures on just 300mg. Everyone is different. However, I wouldn't be as afraid to increase since you're on Lamictal and (correct me if I'm wrong) but my psychiatrist said that Lamictal is an anti-seizure medication as well as a mood stabilizer. So it might be safe to increase since you're already taking the Lamictal. Good luck!
