What meds helped for high severe anxiety and panic attacks?
  • What helped with crisis attacks?
What helped most off meds like natural methods?

Generally, SSRI's are prescribed for severe anxiety. Oftentimes anxiety is a part of depression.

Exercise and deep breathing help with my anxiety.

I also smoke marijuana and that helps.

hi. i take abilify as my main psych drug. it...covers a lot of bases. not for everyone, of course ((personally, id avoid tranquilizers/antipsychotics if you can....)).

in addition to the abilify, i take tons of vitamins. its called Orthomolecular. my protocol includes massive amounts of vitamin C and B3 (I take niacinamide). the combined effect helps me stay calm(er), concentrate better, sleep more soundly, etc. It doesn't work immediately, but...I felt significantly better within a couple months.

here's a link to free information on Orthomolecular, if you're at all interested.

I have a benzo but might need a higher dose or go back to depakote or something stronger.

I'm on a high dose of Zoloft for depression and anxiety. Ativan and clonazepam are used when I'm really not doing well, but they don't let me use them long term. So I've turned to marijuana (prescription) and the cbd oil does wonders.
