Well, since the Sertraline (150mg) tends to make me very apathetic, i decided to start taking caffeine pills (200mg) to see if it would improve my indifference. It seems to have some sort of effect, but it's really subtle and so, hard to tell.

However, it turns out that Sertraline is also a dopamine reuptake inhibitor at doses above 100mg (albeit a pretty weak one, despite being stronger than Bupropion) I definitely seem to notice something, namely improvement in focus and attention. Has anyone else found any dopaminergic effects from high doses of Sertraline? My psychiatrist says they can go up to 400mg () with the Sertraline. That's enough to get me pooping for a century.

Alternatively, anyone have some info on combining Sertraline with a nootropic drug?
