I have been on duloxetine 60mg for about 6 months (mostly in combination with other meds) but as it hasn't helped at all my pdoc is switching me over to nortriptyline.
From her plan I seem to be coming off the duloxetine fairly quickly (2 weeks at 30 mg then stop completely) and at the same time building up the nortriptyline. Having read many horror stories about duloxetine withdrawal I was just wondering what people who have been there think? |
