I have been lactating and my cycles have been longer in between periods so I'm worried I will have to switch off risperdal because of prolactin issues.

My psychiatrist took me off of Risperdal and prescribed Abilify several years ago because of my prolactin level, which was aggravating my ovarian cysts.

hi. sometimes doctors will switch to abilify. there are newer D2 partial agonists out now, too. i have read case studies in which doctors added abilify to ongoing risperidone treatment, and that worked, too.
